Vice President of Associate Experience - End User Computing

ADP is hiring a Vice President of Associate Experience in the Global Engineering Technology & Solutions organization

 

In this role, you will be the strategic leader of the End User Computing organization that enables our 58k+ associates globally with digital workplace solutions to perform their jobs. This role can be based in Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA and reports to the Global Chief Information Officer of ADP.  The position will define, design, build and implement a global EUC strategy and provide leadership to the management and operations of all end user devices, software and services. The VP of Associate Experience should have prior experience in leading large scale teams in a similar technical and strategic role within an enterprise environment.

Associate Experience 

  • You will be accountable for all aspects of the Associate experience for ADP
  • You will own and manage the Associate Experience budget to optimize spend in the near term and invest strategically for the long run by exploiting opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
  • You will partner closely with ADP BU leaders to identify and evaluate current and future technology needs of our internal clients, issues and implications, and addressing them to boost end user productivity. We want you to bring an outside-in perspective, your industry knowledge and a hunger to innovate across engineering and support services.
  • Service Desk and Proximity Support: Your teams are on point for round-the-clock end user support services for our associates, both on-premises and virtually. Provide either first call resolution, or effective triage and reassignment of all issues impacting the ADP end user community. Also provide all deployment and break fix services. Provide continuous measurement of all services offered.

 

End User Computing Strategy

  • Set the strategic vision for the End User Computing group that will provide direction to end user platform engineering, virtualization, software management, mobility, and support services for all internally facing systems and associates across the organization.  This spans physical devices, virtualization strategy and user software including platform hardware standards, peripheral standards, OS standards, office automation, browser and the standard build that delivers those standards to an end point. You will be the key liaison to our vendor partners and work closely with them to introduce new technology and services at ADP.
  • You will also be accountable for associate facing mobility architecture, strategy and technologies including smartphone, slate and tablet computing platforms and services. Additionally, you will own the end to end of software management, delivery and packaging services for end points.
  • You will make customer satisfaction an integral component of the strategy, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the clients experience and other operational aspects of the end user environment.

 

Collaboration Enablement

  • Hybrid working is here to stay, and that will require you to build on the momentum of our Collaboration strategy that enable our associates to partner and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment. 
  • You will be responsible for our enterprise content management strategy, messaging and collaboration tools that support our leaders and associates to connect, communicate and share data and information, in a secure and reliable way across the enterprise.

 

Leadership Impact

  • You will lead a team of Sr Directors and Directors and their organizations consisting of several hundred associates across different geographies. We want you to lead with courage, set the bar higher, inspire confidence with your teams and ensure you bring your teams along on the strategic vision of EUC and the broader enterprise.
  • You will foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, engagement with your teams while building the next generation leadership for this group.
  • You will be responsible for building a customer centric organization that looks to elevate the bar on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and going above and beyond in anticipating and executing the technology needs of our end users.

Qualifications:

 

  • 15+ years’ experience with IT operations and engineering in a matrixed environment, and prior background in maturing technology operations and processes
  • Expertise in defining and building an enterprise digital transformation  
  • Leadership of large-scale teams of at least 100+ associates that include people leaders, engineers, developers and service technicians
  • Results driven, passion for product/service innovation, ability to manage competitive pressures and influence decisions at the executive levels
  • Applied experience building a highly customer-centric organization and team culture and collaborating across all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across businesses and functions
  • Prior leadership experience in End User Computing technology
