deliver. As an **Enrollment Agent** (i.e. TSA Customer Service Rep), you
will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part
of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Youll provide great customer service in
our stores by helping customers realize an easier flying experience through TSA Precheck. Youll process electronic
fingerprinting, applicant data and initiate background
checks
for various federal or state programs.

**Lead government or TSA related consumer salesfor identity related products and services.**



+ Greet all customers andprovide a professional and welcoming experience

+ Verifycustomer identity, scan required documents into database system, takepassport photos

+ Completecustomer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes andpaperwork

+ Engage and present products& solutions that drives sales with our customers needs in mind

+ Performbasic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retailequipment

+ Showan understanding of policies and procedures for fingerprinting and enrollingapplicants

+ Be flexible on responsibilitiesto perform other duties as assigned



You
may also support retail sales and operations initially while waiting for your
in-depth background check to complete. This will provide you a well-rounded
experience in understanding our stores and our customer.



**Qualifications**

**Essentialskills and experience:**



+ 18 years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen

+ Able to work a flexible schedule (including eveningsand/or weekends)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to operate akeyboard, photocopier, other office equipment

+ Customer service-related experience

+ Pass a comprehensive and in-depthIdentoGO background check

+ Ability to travel locally (e.g.backfill at local enrollment locations, meetings, workshops)

+ Ability to lift/movematerials in the 10-50 pound range
