A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service. As a part of the team, youll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.


Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
  • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
  • Train, coach, and supervise team members
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand

Job Requirements and Preferences:

CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Cloud, Management, CIS - Financial Management, CIS - Project Portfolio Management, CIS - Software Asset Management App., CIS - App. Portfolio Management, CIS - Vulnerability Response, CIS - Security Incident Response, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or CAS - Performance Analytics.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Managing or leading ServiceNow projects and operations in a large multinational organization;
  • Driving and supporting the technology direction and strategy;
  • Delivering roadmaps and product/service leadership for the ServiceNow platform and applications;
  • Making recommendations to leadership on strategic imperatives to align the IT organization with firm strategic objectives to establish IT is well positioned to deliver on the objectives;
  • Negotiating policy in support of delivering the ServiceNow roadmap and IT investment requests;
  • Driving prioritization of IT initiatives to incorporate business priorities into the governance process and technology prioritization for the IT budgeting process;
  • Owning the digitization and enablement of business processes on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Developing, owning, and improving strategic relationships with sourcing vendors and vendor management;
  • Influencing others by facilitating dialogue, providing suggestions and/or solutions to meet customer needs; and,
  • Leading a high performing team within a rapidly changing environment by taking an active role in the coaching and development of staff as well as identifying skill development needs and training staff to raise skills/core competencies.
