ADP is searching for a Technical / Integration Project Dev Lead to lead a global team of technical implementation engineers. You are expected to build an organization that provides integration expertise and implementation to internal ADP Products teams. You will work with both internal stakeholders, product managers, architects, and technical teams to implement digital workflows for ADP Products. You will work with these teams to integrate ADP projects onto the ADM Marketplace platform and ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, monitored, and maintained.

Things You'll Do:

Lead a global team of technical implementation engineers
Consult with ADP Product and R+D teams and develop strategies and plans to integrate ADP products onto the ADP Marketplace
Own and drive the ADP Product onboarding process creating documentation, guides, workflows, and tools to make onboarding new ADP Products more efficient
Oversee cross-functional teams working to build enterprise wide integrations in accordance with ADP standards and security best practices
Manage delivery strategy, resources, and timelines to ensure Marketplace product integration stays on track
Look for opportunities to streamline or simplify existing ADP processes by implementing technology solutions
Foster the developer community and build trust

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience managing technical implementation teams focusing on enterprise level solutions
10+ years of overall technical experience (prior enterprise architect and consulting experience a big plus)
Hands-on understanding of RESTful APIs, integration technologies, multiple technology stacks
Experience working with global cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and operate technology solutions
