engagement, you will own it for Staples Retail across corporate, stores
and distribution centers.

You are a master of creating high-impact
demand generation programs to grow a talent network, and as our **Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager** ,
you will drive compelling and impactful recruitment marketing strategies. And
data? You love it and use it to learn, adapt, and shift direction as needed. If
you are a roll up your sleeves, make it happen, kind of contributor and leader who

This role is currently 100% remote. At some
point in 2021 it will be a blend of remote work and office work in Framingham,

**Design,influence and deliver the Staples US Retail recruitment marketing strategy.**

+ Lead the vision to ensure the Staples US Retailcandidate experience is top notch

+ Amplify our employer branding across allcandidate-facing sites or channels while inspiring associates to createand share their stories and employer reviews

+ Drive change in our recruiting processes throughidentifying new ways to market to candidates

+ Manage the US Retail Career site, CRM database, jobboards (sponsored and organic) and candidate engagement platforms (i.e.AllyO, SmashFly, LinkedIn, Snagajob, Indeed, etc.)

+ Build best practices, effective marketing strategies andmaterials to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talentpipeline

+ Play a key role in developing our people valueproposition and infuse employer brand in all candidate touchpoints

+ Manage the TA operations needed to support theseefforts

**Lead,analyze and provide insights on recruitment marketing metrics across allchannels.**

+ Analyze metrics, diagnose issues, present solutions andoptimize all sources, tools and tactics

+ Identify opportunities to consolidate, eliminate,create or enhance processes based on your analysis and insights from thedata

**Collaboratecross-functionally and build strong internal and external partnerships.**

+ Create strong partnerships within TA, HR, Marketing, thebusiness, and external vendors to understand current business trends thatcould affect our employment branding strategy

+ Partner with the entire TA team to build their capabilitiesin driving candidate flow


**Essential Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of experience in a Corporate Branding, Marketing,and/or Talent Acquisition function with a focus on employment brandingand/or recruitment marketing

+ Expertise in digital and social media, employerbranding, campaign management, and with recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed,Smashfly (CRM), and other recruitment marketing tools

+ Savvy with data with a strong ability to compile andanalyze data to tell the story and drive results

+ Customer driven and results oriented, constantlylearning and understanding the business needs and maintaining strong andeffective relationships across the organization

+ Strong organizational skills, integrity and greatfollow through. You dont get overwhelmed easily!

+ Bachelors degree
