Our ideal candidate would have a strong customer service background with a passion for helping others and/or an interest in animal nutrition. Candidates might also have an interest in equine studies, animal sciences, or animal nutrition.

We are looking for people who are passionate about animals and providing top notch customer service. We are a hybrid model retail store where service meets retail. We provide answers to customer questions and concerns while making connections and providing a level of customer service that exceeds the standard. Assist with baking and decorating of baked goods.

Team Members are the heart of our company. They are responsible for much of our contribution to the health of dogs and cats and to the happiness of their owners. They are also responsible for creating the experience for most of the dog and cat owners who visit our stores. Duties range from the physical (putting away shipments of dog and cat food) to the intellectual (helping a dog or cat owner solve an unusual nutritional problem).
Team Members enjoy dogs and cats and are committed to expanding their knowledge of them. They are flexible, have good judgment, and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure that the store is a clean, interesting and happy place for customers and staff to shop, work and interact with each other.
