Summer Orientation Hours: June 8 July 17, 2020. Orientation leaders will be full time Monday Friday during these five weeks.
Some part-time work will be available on an as needed basis.

Job Summary

Orientation Leaders assist in facilitating the see blue. U Orientation Programs with the UK Office of Undergraduate Admission. Orientation Leaders lead new student groups, assist with the check-in and registration processes, assist new students with scheduling-making and acclimation to campus life, and many other orientation processes. Orientation Leaders are committed to representing the compassionate, dedicated, and infectiously enthusiastic University of Kentucky community.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

PREFERRED: Preferred applicants would have some public speaking experience or experience in customer service. Preferred applicants should have a proven track record of punctuality and reliability. Applicants should be proactive, detail oriented, punctual, reliable, and highly motivated. Preferred applicants would have a working knowledge of campus, campus buildings, campus history, and various student services. Current full-time UK student with continued enrollment for Fall 2020.
