Shift

Up to 20-25 hours per week.

The Media Depot is open M-F 8am-5pm.

Job Summary

Providing in-person, online and phone support for media and technology services supported by Distance Learning, including:
o Audio/Video topics
o LMS Support
o Other course technologies
Production support for audio and video studio recordings
Other special projects including:
o Captioning support
o Studio recording and support
o Photography

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Office
Google Drive/Docs
NLE Software such as FCP X or Adobe Premier
Audio editing software
Video and photo camera experience
Customer service experience
Computer and Internet proficiency
Mac and Windows experience
