Job Summary

UK Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (UKPAE) is in the final stages of a constituent relationship manager (CRM) conversion to Salesforce as its database for alumni and donor records.
UKPAE’s conversion to Salesforce is a comprehensive, university-wide project which will be utilized by more than 35 units across campus, including every college, University Financial Services, Athletics, WUKY, and our internal units within Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement. The final phase of this project is implementation of Gift Entry Manager for our Gift Receiving operations, as well as a total sunsetting of Millennium, UK’s alumni and donor database for nearly 25 years.
The Junior Salesforce Administrator will provide the Office of Information Services additional resources in the areas of data integration, data migration, and database administration. It will also assist our internal efforts to cross the finish line of this project within the next 6 months.

Knowledge in Salesforce, SQL, and/or Oracle skills
