ADP is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Diversity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility; In this role the Program Manager will be responsible for managing Programs related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) learning/development, compliance, engagement, as well as talent acquisition support initiatives. Global DEI programs span across multiple business units and functions. In addition to managing a portfolio of Programs, the Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders by providing guidance on strategic D&I plans and ensure deliverables are aligned to the priorities and are delivered on time. Must have a deep understanding of the Business Case for DEI and an ability to expertly provide subject matter advisory to leaders across the enterprise.

You must be able to work independently; possess strong project management expertise, including the ability to summarize, analyze and present data in multiple formats. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent written, verbal communications and collaboration skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows Project Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management and Communication Management.
  • Develops project plans. Maintains an updated schedule and inventory of resource requirements (external and internal). May have contact with third party vendors regarding integration of their products.
  • Assesses problems and risks for successful project completion. Escalates approvals on scope changes, critical path issues and resolution of team resource conflicts.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external HR and business leaders to help drive strategic D&I/CSR initiatives.
  • Acts as relationship manager for key vendor relationships, including establishing joint performance goals that hold vendors and ADP stakeholders accountable for results. Establishes measurement criteria and recommends renewal or replacement of vendor.
  • Uses analytics and data insights to help develop and or enhance projects and identify continuous process improvements.
  • Uses established tools and methods to communicate tasks, milestones, dependencies, issues and escalations across functions. This includes program meetings, minutes, executive briefings and issue management tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors' degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant Program Management work experience required
  • Deep Diversity and Inclusion subject matter expertise -- ability to confidently articulate the Business Case of DEI by using metrics and data from multiple internal and external sources; provides subject matter advisory on several DEI topics
  • Passionate about data and metrics. Quantitative reasoning skills, including the ability to work with numbers and to summarize data into graphical or tabular forms.
  • Strong strategic and operational execution capability
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, team environment and with global clients and customers
  • Ability to produce clear, compelling presentations to influence decision makers
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues, manage scope and contain risk
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
