Job Description
LogMeIn is looking for a highly motivatedSr.ProductManagerto drive the definition and development of ourcontent and intelligence features in the GoTo apps. This person will be focused on creating the optimal experience forSMB customersusing GoToConnect, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining.
The best candidate has experience synthesizing different user experiences and turning them intoexcitingcustomer facing solutions.Theyshouldhave experienceprioritizing backlog items andworking with mobile and desktop development teams.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, both verbally and written, andcanaccuratelyexpress their ideas in these mediums.Theyshould be comfortable working with tight timelines and making tradeoffs in order to meet business deadlineswhile still advocating for the best customer experience.
Your teams will rely on you to align product goals and business needs, maintain the roadmap, and make day-to-day priority and design decisions. You will work cross-functionally with many different teams across the organization, includingsales, finance, marketing, support, legal and more. You will have strong documentation skills and be organized and efficient whenworking cross functionally.You will be asked to create and adapt roadmaps and iterate on strategies in order to create and maintain the best customer experience in an ever-evolving landscape.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside the product teams to create the visionandroadmapfor theGoTocustomers. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as sales, marketing, legal, finance.
Manage cross-product dependencies.Managecompeting priorities and remainagile.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritize the product backlog to provide the most valuetoour users.
Keep up to date with competing products and services to maintain relevance and leadership in the marketplace.
Use data efficiently to drive decision making of the product roadmap.
Understand technology trends and applythem to software design.
Participate in project planning, reviews, sprintandrelease planning,and demos.
Be responsible for user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain the product backlog and release plans.
Qualifications:
4+ Years of experience in product management roles.
Bachelors degree
FamiliaritywithSaaS/Telecom services
Familiarity and experience with AI / ML technologies
Experience making data-driven decisions, comfortable analyzing complex situationsand making decisions without all the details.
Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to communicateboth internally and externally.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver on-time results.
Ability to think critically and go beyond what is asked for directly in order to advocate for customer and business needs.
