Job Description

This role will be responsible for creating, measuring, and tracking key performance analytics across all channels and assigned brands. The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development of Multi-Channel Marketing measurement framework by brand and its results. As an output, the incumbent will present key strategic findings and observations while recommending ways to optimize and enhance marketing campaigns and its tactics. 


The Senior Manager, MCM Analytics will proactively bring insights to the business to support strategic business decisions. The Senior Manager, MCM Analytics will need both franchise/function knowledge and analytics expertise to support the synthesis of analytics, reporting, and research to provide meaningful insights to franchise management. In addition, the Senior Manager, MCM Analytics will have the data science skills to support ad-hoc requests from MCM Brand Engagement Leads, Brand Teams, and other cross-functional teams. 

  • The Senior Manager, MCM Analytics will be responsible for the following:
  • Analyze data to recommend a strategic advantage to the brands by combining the best available information with the best tools to drive decision-making and evaluation of results from a strong basis in data and robust analytics.
  • Executing brand opportunity and threat analysis
  • Prioritizing analytic development and determining insights data/information requirements to align with brand and multi-channel marketing strategies and plans
  • Performing ongoing assessments and synthesizing research on the therapeutic area landscape to keep a pulse on the market
  • Provide strategic and tactical analytical support and recommendations to the teams, through the analysis and interpretation of secondary market research data.
  • Work with large pharmaceutical data sets to provide a comprehensive view of market, noting strengths and weaknesses of the data / approach to support multi-channel marketing strategy and plan.
  • Provide product and market opportunity assessments, situational analyses, trend identification, market sizing, and competitive landscape research.
  • Collaborate with Brand Engagement Leads to develop campaign measurement frameworks and manage metrics to track brand strategy, tactics, and market performance.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to express point view using both written and verbal communications.



  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 7+ years experience with multichannel marketing/digital analytics in the CPG or pharmaceuticals industry. Pharmaceuticals Industry experience is preferred. 
  • BS/BA or Advanced degree in quantitative discipline.
  • Background in a data science, marketing analytics, data science function and/or experience with advanced quantitative methods (e.g. multivariate statistics, predictive models, ML, simulation, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary data science tools such as R, Python and SAS along with comfort and/or aptitude for working in AWS environment.
  • Understanding of Digital (web, search, social) analytics with a working knowledge of web analytics toolsets (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc).
  • Experience with customer journey analysis - segmentation methods and conversion analysis.


  • Proven and consistent experience in influencing without authority.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions by having a strong understanding about business, finance, and risks/benefits of decisions
  • Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate (verbally/written) in a persuasive and appropriate manner at the executive level
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Deep project management experience
  • Strong financial acumen

Approximately 15% domestic travel throughout the US.
