Upgrade Client Coordinator

The Upgrade Client Coordinator guides and monitors our clients through the preparation process leading up to the upgrade from MyTotalSource to Workforce Now, and through the immediate post-upgrade acclimation period.

Key Project Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I support for recently-upgraded clients during the post-upgrade acclimation period, working with the Upgrade Consultants and the assigned PAs and HRBP/KAEs
  • Participate in the Payroll Advisor transition meetings to learn about special considerations for their assigned clients prior to the upgrade. The primary goal of such meetings is to prepare the UPC to support the client post-upgrade and to make the transition to and from the UPC appear as seamless as possible to the client.
  • Team with the Upgrade Consultant (UC) post-upgrade to answer client questions about WFN features and functions. May answer those questions directly, or support the UC and HRBP in providing answers.
  • Monitor client preparation activities with the UC to help anticipate post-upgrade issues and questions.
  • Attend kickoff calls with clients where the client is introduced to the upgrade process.
  • In unusual circumstances, may assist in validating upcoming migration clients in mock migration environment to identify likely issues.
  • Review client information and setup in WFN post-upgrade during the blackout period to identify potential issues.
  • Route client issues to appropriate SMEs using HENRY; ensure timely engagement and resolution of issues that the UPC is unable to resolve themselves.
  • Assess desirability of follow-up coaching after upgrade and recommend such coaching to the UC. On occasion, may provide such coaching for clients. Might include coaching for ADP associates on WFN, the upgrade process, etc.
  • Support other UPCs with payroll-related issues, and support knowledge-sharing efforts with UCs and UPCs.
  • Suggest process improvements, write and review knowledge articles, review draft training materials.
  • Prepare clients information and ensure checklists are complete ahead of the formal transition to service.
  • Support the UC and PA during and immediately after the transition to service
  • May suggest and review defect write-ups and enhancement requests for our GPT colleagues.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a PEO payroll advisor or implementation payroll consultant. Secondary preference for those with ADP payroll experience outside of PEO.
