Acts as liaison between ES channel leaders and BU sales leaders and sales operations peers. Assists in the development of and provides support to ES channel leaders on associate training programs, marketing, communications, recognition programs, events, and compensation. Responsible for providing governance and supporting policies across all business unit segments.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInteracts with business unit sales operations peers to develop, deploy and maintain policies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeads the development of a training program for channel development and management associates and leadership.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelops and coordinates all recognition programs, meetings and events for the ES Strategic Alliances organization.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssists in channel sales planning including quotas, compensation and program budgets.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelops and leads all aspects of communication within the Strategic Alliances organization and all inter-segment communication amongst the business units.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupports the channel sales leaders in any operational initiatives, and acts as liaison between ES Strategic Alliances and the business unit operations groups.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoaches/mentors leaders on strategizing, business practices, leadership skills, career pathing, crucial conversations, development.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMentors producers on performance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrategizes with VPs to develop and deliver quotas.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrategic Planning/ Key Initiatives/ Operating Plan--figuring out how teams will hit the quota for the year in a very complex market.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years leadership experience in sales and/or sales operations\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003EPrevious Sales and Sales Leadership Experience\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
