Day shift, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
Job Summary
Manage the technical creation, preparation and execution of clinical simulation programs, including task and high fidelity patient simulator scenarios.

Collaborate with Clinical Simulation Lab Director and Faculty to write/program simulated clinical scenarios.

Design and develop clinical training and education event content to advance learning goals and learner skills through simulation.

Must have demonstrable experience in simulation specific software (Muse, LLEAP or other) and fluency in use of MS Word and Outlook. Must be fluent in Microsoft Active Directory, and have experience with computer hardware, software, loading of Microsoft windows on hardware, ethernet and wireless networks, and application troubleshooting, wireless and wired networks utilizing PTZ camera systems.

Oversee program execution to ensure instructor and learner compliance with program goals and Simulation Center policies and procedures. Manage equipment maintenance, supplies inventory, and learning resources.

Continually manages and ensures up-to-date inventory for all equipment and supplies including maintenance contract renewals to support simulation training efforts.
Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) desired or obtains within two years of hire.
