As a Software Engineer (QE) in the Unified Communication & Collaboration(UCC) vertical, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining complex Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for ourGoToproducts. The role requires strong cutting-edge technical skills, a collaborative workattitude,influenceon selection oftechnical solutions & the ability tobring otherengineers on the same page regarding qualityengineering methods.

You will be part of a cross-functional software development team in anagile environment. In closecollaborationwith your team membersoftwareengineers, DevOps colleagues, architects and other key stakeholders, you will implement functionality critical to our business success.

Although we have offices in Dresden, Munich and Karlsruhe, we are also a remote-centric business and offer a range of personas to allow variations in home-office based and flexible work.

Your role:

• You collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and software engineers

• Youkeepup with the latest technologies and play an active role within our quality community

• You ensure the quality standards during development

• You produce(and consistently improve)high quality test-automation code and work according to modern agile software craftsmanship principles

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

• You collaborate with colleagues from other development locations like Dresden, Canada and the United States

• Write integration, functional UI, End-to-Endand non-functionaltests

• Writetestcases and coordinate testexecutions; also execute explorative testing to validate the software

Your experience:

• Bachelors orMastersdegree in computer science or another similar subject

• Very strong hands-on experience in software development and test automation (e.g. unit, integration,andUItests)

• Verygoodknowledge of Java, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript

• Experience in test design and testing

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for distributed and complex systems; including thorough knowledge of the entire development lifecycle

• Very goodunderstandingforuserneeds

• Expertise in agile developmentpractices, Clean Code and TDD

• Highengagement, self-organization,strongcommunication skills and team spirit
