Senior Recruiting Operations Coordinator

Description/Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with and support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams in creating a maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Small and large project coordination and project management for Talent Acquisition and some cross-functional HR department objectives.
  • Serve as a dependable contact to candidates and leaders who have questions or concerns and direct them to the appropriate parties for assistance
  • Ensure information is updated, and accurately reflected in team spreadsheets and Talent Acquisition and Onboarding systems
  • Maintain composure and confidentiality required to handle all HR activities
  • Provide basic training and change management to the Recruiting team, hiring managers, and stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in technical inquiries or troubleshooting needs
  • Audit hiring activity, partnerships, platforms, and systems to help ensure we are creating a positive candidate experience
  • Build and foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners (HRIS, Payroll, IT etc).
  • Contribute to a more disciplined recruiting function by partnering across HR and HRIS to develop frameworks and workflows for daily activities and special projects
  • Partner with Talent Management and HRIS leadership to ensure the accuracy of our data, define and measure key performance metrics, and curate dashboards to help recruiters and leaders interpret and draw conclusions from data
  • Navigate Talent Management and HR data sources to produce relevant and accurate reporting and insights for data-driven decisions
  • Deliver reports and analyses in a timely fashion, communicate findings to Talent Management leadership, the recruiting team and hiring managers, as designated
  • Drive improvements to overall hiring/application process, streamlining current processes as much as possible
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and reporting as needed
  • Assist TA team with interview scheduling, job postings, hiring events, pre-employment testing, etc. as needed
  • Assist with Team Headquarters onboarding

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting support or HRIS experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong understanding of software and systems. Applicant Tracking systems and Onboarding systems preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
