Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking to fill a Senior Production Supervisor role in Irvine, California. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of multiple production lines. Assures SOPs and cGMPs are adhered to. Additionally, this role will provide oversight and development of production staffing strategies to meet production requirements.

This position will work either 2nd shift or 3rd shift.
Candidates must be flexible as to shift and days of the week.

Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:

 Ensures the production schedule adhered to and supported in terms of staffing, work schedules, planning activities, and equipment maintenance. Ensures cGMP guidelines, SOPs and Safety Guidelines are followed at all times. Perform investigations for Deviation Reports accurately and thoroughly.
 Plans and schedules production for all business segments, production pilots and medias on assigned filling lines over the panning horizon in a manner that optimizes customer service and operation efficiency (OEE).
 Tracks and Troubleshoots issues related to the execution of the production schedule and publishes schedule revisions.
 Effectively able to communicate status of essential duties and responsibilities with different levels of the department. Writes new, amends current, and trains personnel on SOPs that accurately cover all activities within the department.
 Participates in company or department sponsored process improvement teams such as continuous improvement, variance reduction, training and development, and others.
 Hires, trains, evaluates, promotes, and disciplines personnel.
 Assists the organization in its efforts towards improved customer service and operation efficiency (OEE).

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
A minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
