Acting as a Senior Product Manager within the\u003Cstrong\u003E Product Management team,\u003C/strong\u003E this person will be supporting our internal business partners to deliver innovative product solutions to delight our end users. You\u0027ll work with the requesting business teams to ensure appropriate problem definition and business value, and coordinate timelines to ensure alignment. You\u0027ll also combine business and product strategy to ensure the development and execution of the product is in line with the product road map and vision that the senior product owner sets forth. This position will be located in Parsippany, NJ and applicant must have ability to travel domestically \u0026 globally, as needed (10-15%).\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport the product strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage and run customer facing programs to help shape our product vision and roadmap.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with the Technical Product Manager, Implementation and Service to address adoption issues and work towards rectifying adoption constraints.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with UX teams and customers to test and iterate on prototypes and designs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMeasure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and drive priorities to improve product to achieve desired key results\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as the central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with development team members to develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupport the management of the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements balances business needs with technical requirements, and recommends alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years of relevant work experience in HR.
