Senior Print Business Analyst

In this exciting new role, you will partner across the SBA Print team to provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business partners, you will be responsible and accountable for accurate and timely analytics/reporting for the Contract Business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Financial Analysis:**

+ P&L analytics to support the Contract Print Team

+ Prepare Profitability Analysis for Print RFP/RFQ that are over $100K in value

+ Work with Print Team/Suppliers to create monthly cost/expense accruals

+ Work with NAD Finance Team to ensure accurate reporting

+ Recommend opportunities to improve financial performance

**Data Analysis:**

+ Provide 3rd Party Inventory Reporting and Risk Analysis

+ Work with Sales Team to identify obsolete inventory and partner with them, the Replenishments Team and suppliers to sell or destroy

+ Support cost stability/ sku rehoming projects

+ Perform cost audits with suppliers and Category Merchant Team, as needed


+ Ensure data in CDM (Contract Data Mart) for Print is accurate and timely

+ Prepare Daily Sales and Margin Flash by Class

+ Provide data inputs for monthly business review

+ Provide 3 rd Party Inventory Reporting to Sales Team on Microsoft Teams

+ Support Sr Analyst, Sales as a backup for weekly reporting

+ Combine data using Alteryx

+ Handle all ad-hoc/non-systemic related invoices

+ Ad hoc analyses and other work as assigned

**Key Performance Indicators:**

+ Net Sales and Margin Improvement vs. Budget and LY

+ Cost versus Budget and LY

+ Clearly Defined and Measurable Process Improvement / Automation

+ Measurable Forecast Accuracy

+ Timely and Accurate Reporting / Analyses of results

**Qualifications** **Education / Experience Equivalent:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or related field (Masters Degree Preferred).

+ Financial planning and analysis experience required.

**Professional Knowledge / Experience:**

+ 3-5 years of financial budgeting, forecasting, and analytics experience with emphasis on insightful and actionable reporting.

+ Strong business acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products is require

+ Oracle and MicroStrategy experienced preferred

+ Proficient with advanced software analytical tools:advanced MS Excel and SQL skills Experience accessing and blending data from multiple sources. Understanding of relational database fundamentals. Alteryx experience preferred.

+ Data visualization experience such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred

+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus

**Other Skills:**

+ Fast learner, ability to pick up new systems and software quickly

+ Demonstrated experience in fact-based analysis, including the ability to derive insights and recommendations

+ Ability to break down complex problems, analyze complex processes and formulate plans

+ Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners, department leads, and peers

+ Demonstrated track record of strong execution and generating positive business results, either individually or collaboratively; team player with strong desire to be a leader

+ Excellent communication skills including verbal, listening, and written documentation:

o Ability to develop a point of view, supported by research and personal experience

o Ability to flex written and oral communication style to provide status updates to key business stakeholders

o Ability to offer creative, sound alternatives and advice

o Experience demonstrating influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

+ Ability to shift priorities and manage changing demands with a sense of urgency. Organized proactive, self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage projects; strong ability to think strategically, and demonstrate practical decision making

+ Problem solver a bias towards data-driven decision making but also someone with a customer-service orientation and a proven track-record of acting on customer insights
