Job Summary | This is a remote work opportunity. Work location is not limited to a particular city or state. The Center for Innovation in Population Health is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to serve trainer and consultant in Center. Specifically supporting the National Partnership for Child Safety. The National Partnership for Child Safety (NPCS) is a national quality improvement (QI) collaborative with the mission to improve child safety and prevent child maltreatment-related fatalities by strengthening families and promoting innovations in child protection. Central to this work is the introduction of principles from the sciences of safety, improvement, and implementation. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience with system improvement approaches such as lean, six-sigma, or human-centered design. |

Preferred Education/Experience | MSW degree; minimum of seven years of experience facilitating the implementation of child welfare processes, practices, and policymaking that improves outcomes for children, youth, and families. |
