The Center for Innovation in Population Health is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to serve trainer and consultant in Center. Specifically supporting the National Partnership for Child Safety. The National Partnership for Child Safety (NPCS) is a national quality improvement (QI) collaborative with the mission to improve child safety and prevent child maltreatment-related fatalities by strengthening families and promoting innovations in child protection. Central to this work is the introduction of principles from the sciences of safety, improvement, and implementation.

Experience with system improvement approaches such as lean, six-sigma, or human-centered design.

MSW degree; minimum of seven years of experience facilitating the implementation of child welfare processes, practices, and policymaking that improves outcomes for children, youth, and families.
