Job Description
Position Summary
Coordination of Teva customer agreements with external customers and with applicable internal functional areas within Teva.
Travel Requirements - Domestic Limited (approx. 10 15%)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create contract legal agreements between Teva and external customers. Build effective internal and external client relationships in order to create and manage customer agreements that best serve the needs of Teva and its customers. Includes coordinating efforts with legal, finance, sales and others in drafting agreements and amendments.
- Manage contract activity including coordination of contract terms and conditions for purchase and sales agreements. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of contract related information to all interested parties both internal and external to Teva.
- Present integrated terms and conditions analyses to key internal and external customers.
- Ensure contract accuracy and completeness in line with customer administration activities, including chargebacks, returns and rebates.
- Continually seek out opportunities for functional improvement and improved business processes.
- Manage both brand and generic divisional and state supplemental Medicaid agreements.
- Direct management of team members, including employee coaching, counseling, setting objectives and providing opportunities for staff development. Analyze need for and oversee any interns or temporary staff.
- Follow all Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or major related to contract terms and conditions
Education Preferred: MBA in Business, Marketing or Pharmacy
Experience Required:
5+ years progressive experience in a sales/marketing, contracts administration role, including experience in writing contract terms and conditions or business development setting including business/financial analysis, project management, presentation and relationship building experience
Experience Preferred:
Medium to large organization experience
Pharmaceutical experience
Supervisory experience helpful, but not mandatory
Specialized or Technical Knowledge:
Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Workshare Compare
