Well be looking to you to be a financial business partner to WU.com and the digital group. You will be responsible for cost center management, financial and business Product Revenue Profitability analysis, and periodic reporting for the business teams. Youll analyze performance trends, comparisons to budget, and expense run rates to assess business risks or opportunities. You will prepare routine business cases and provide consistent budget updates and performance explanations to senior leaders in Finance and the business. Youll complete ad hoc finance modeling and analysis as needed.

For such an advanced role, you will have a bachelors degree in Finance or a related field of study. You will have 4-6 years of strong financial modeling and analysis experience, with experience supporting the customer experience through digital preferred. You will show the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different levels of leadership. Youll have experience with snowflake data mining and demonstrate advanced knowledge using Excel and SQL with Hyperion SmartView preferred.

The annual gross base salary range is $71,726.15 $122,387.52. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
