Job Description

Under direction of Senior Director of Customer Operations, the TITLE is responsible for monitoring and identification of issues related to specific brand product forecasts and supply, and highlighting risks in how issues impact the ability to supply customers.  The incumbent will analyze various forecast scenarios in order to present upside/downside risks and opportunities to senior management and Supply Chain.  These analyses will be presented in various forums, including the Demand Review, Supply Review, and other S&OP meetings to ensure alignment between Supply Chain and Commercial leadership.  The incumbent will work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Forecasting and Marketing counterparts to ensure visibilty of and utilize system data, forecasting, or other ERP issues that impact Commercial Operations decision to release inventory to customers.  Collaborate closely with the Customer Inventory Management team to highlight supply disruptions as related to Tevas abliity to maintain customer Days On Hand (DOH) using ERP tools per Tevas Brand Commercial Contracts (DSAs).

  • Represent Commercial interests in the various S&OP meetings for a specific set of brand products.  Identify and understand product forecasts, and escalate to management where risks to achieving sales exist, or where shortfalls may occur and cause a write-off situation.
  • Work with TGO to support forecast upside and downside scenarios, and present the findings to leadership of critical products.
  • Liaise between Brand Marketing, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain with respect to product supply, ensuring inventory and future supply is systemically aligned to allow for Commercial ERP tools to function as designed.  Escalate any issues with system maintenance or alignment as appropriate.  
  • Collaborate with Customer Inventory Management regarding anticipated supply disruptions, forecast changes or other input which may affect inventory release decisions.
  • Support commercial AOP process in coordination with commercial operations as required. 


Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 


  • Bachelors degree required; preferring degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations or related discipline
  • > 3 years of pharmaceutical experience 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in forecasting, with a deep understanding of the relationship between sales forecasting, demand planning and supply planning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems (SAP an asset)


  • Well motivated individual with excellent initiative and strong interpersonal skills. Collaborate with stakeholders externally to influence cross-functional change.
  • Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.      
  • Strong communication, teamwork and presentation skills. 
  • Problem solver with sense to understand when to escalate issues.
  • Proficient in MS office applications. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Occasional: Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:
Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

The majority of work will be conducted in the Home Office environment. 
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).
