You will play a crucial role as part of the Consumer Protection Compliance and Fraud Risk Management (FRM) team within the Regulatory Compliance Office. This position is responsible for monitoring transactions and conducting analysis involving agents and consumers, with the goal of identifying and reporting fraud patterns and taking appropriate actions to resolve risk. The successful candidate will work closely with Business and Compliance teams across the region to promote communication and awareness of Global Fraud and Consumer Protection Programmes and will provide support for external fraud awareness events and activities including attending events if required. The position operates within a framework of tight deadlines and regulatory scrutiny and involves the preparation of regulatory reports. The Senior Consumer Fraud Analyst works both independently and as part of a team of other analysts.

We need you to have significant and substantial experience dealing with information security controls and risk operations withing the financial sector or similar. A university degree in a quantitative subject within the fields of maths, finance, management of information systems or similar is preferred, though equivalent experience may be substituted. Youll use your advanced analytic skills to detect patterns associated with fraud and other questionable activity. Youll have advanced Excel skills and, experience in SQL coding, as well as good PowerPoint and other means to present your insights. Experience with Tableau is desirable. When we meet, youll be able to demonstrate your flair as a communicator and your ability to pull together work from virtual cross-functional teams to produce analytical findings and present those at the appropriate level.
