ADP is hiring a Senior Consultant for the HR Outsourcing Organization Operations Business
Transformation Team to apply analytical, technical and business management skills to support and drive
projects from end-to-end strategy through execution in an internal consulting role across the HRO. The
Senior Consultant must have an above foundational understanding of business and technology and also be willing to
learn and adopt business transformation methods for project deployments. Strong communication skills,
critical/strategic thinking and problem analysis are a must. Reporting directly to the Senior Director or Director of
Business Transformation, this person will be a key member of the team with experience working collaboratively
across multiple stakeholder groups, organizational levels and functional areas to achieve results. This role has no
direct reports.

You will:
* As part of the HRO Business Transformation Internal Consulting Team, you will execute project(s) related
to change & adoption, org design, operations, op model design, data + business analysis and technology
adoption across the HRO
* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
* Possess strong problem-solving analysis skills
* Analyze data and recognize patterns; ability to connect the dots and translate them in easy to understand
ways for audiences
* Have the desire to improve and transform work and be open and enthusiastic to new ways of doing things
as well as learning about the business transformation capability
* Be able to prioritize and address issues quickly as needed to meet deadlines
* Create business transformation strategies and plans for the projects you work on with guidance from senior
team members
* Use MS PowerPoint and Excel proficiently when building solutions. This includes putting together
presentations for different audiences to using v-look up functions and creating pivot tables as needed to
create meaningful and easy to understand insights
What you'll need:
* Problem solving skills: Ability to break down problems down and quickly find solutions, focused on
solving problems and moving forward:
o Understand patterns between people, process, technology, data and products and how they all fit
together (big picture)
* Core analytical skill set: Ability to identify which analyses need to be done to answer questions,
manipulate data sets (comfort with Excel required), and build models, as needed to answer complex
questions
* Business & org change/transformation skills: Ability to develop a strategy/plan to use for execution into
actionable projects and deliverables to deliver value to the business within a set timeline:
o Develop and conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments (people, process,
technology), communications, training needs analysis, change measurement and adoption tracking
(KPIs) + Dashboards, surveys (as needed)
o Experience in business analysis and creating reports and presentations for senior leaders focused
on telling the story
o Perform assessments (as needed) to gain insights and develop action plans and strategies to
address areas of opportunity through pain point identification and then recommending solutions to
resolve problems
o Technical training development and execution as related to new products, technology and
processes to drive adoption and understanding of how to use tools, processes and tech across the
HRO
o Experience in technology adoption/implementation large scale transformation efforts
* Business Process improvement skills: Ability to analyze current state processes, find gaps, identify areas
of improvement and recommend a plan for improvement and a desired future state
* Org/Op Model Design and Operations Skills: With guidance from BT Managers, help design a new
operating model and org design focused on finding operational efficiencies, role re-design and process reengineering
* Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills: Possess strong communication (written / verbal) and
interpersonal skills to communicate recommendations and impact with everyone from associate to Senior
Leaders
o Write strategic communications related to the projects you are working on to convey clear and
easy to understand messages to stakeholders (associate -- leader)

able to tie that analysis back to a business case or results
 
Other Key Experience:
* Experience in presenting to senior leaders is a plus
* Desire to grow within an organization
* Proven ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of the organization (associate
through SVP)
 
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related area
* At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a quantitative business-related capacity such as
management consulting, operations, strategy or technology consulting
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and effective presentation skills for various audiences
* Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills such as creating pivot tables, v-look-ups and day-to-day data analysis
* Advanced skills working with data, interpreting data patterns, using data to create meaningful insights and
tying it back to business results and metrics
 

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
* MBA or other advanced degree
* Big-4 management consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients
* Ability to use Tableau
* Salesforce experience
* Industry knowledge of all pertinent HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
