Job Requirements & Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum Years of Experience Required: 3 years

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success as a functional team member assisting clients in the consultation, design implementation and support of technical solutions and improving business processes, including the following areas:

  • Functional domain experience in Pharma R&D, clinical trial operations, and clinical data is preferred

  • Experience conducting impact assessment, system design, and data analysis based on business, functional and technical requirements

  • Experience interfacing with business and IT stakeholders across various levels to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements

  • Experience performing data analysis to validate requirements and design

  • Experience developing dashboard/report wireframes and mockups

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and managing offshore resources

  • Comfortable in implementing reporting and analytics solutions using various methodologies (waterfall, agile, iterative development)

  • Provide support and enhancement for existing systems and processes for standard and custom solutions.

  • Basic information strategy & architecture experience (includes Data Integration, Master Data Management, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Data Governance)

  • Basic data management experience (includes data modeling, data warehouse design, Business Intelligence and reporting)

  • Basic understanding of advanced analytics, Data Mining, NLP concepts

  • Visualization techniques and tools, advanced analytics techniques (regression, simulation, etc.)

  • Hands on experience in developing data and analytics solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with design, development, and support of dashboards and reports using Tableau or Qlikview

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Managing engagements including preparing concise and accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members

  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management, which includes whitepapers, studies and client briefings
