The Sr. Analyst Online Analytics leads the design and implementation of The Home Depot’s marketing measurement design and strategy. Collaborates with various departments to design and execute a fact-based continuous improvement / channel growth strategy using online and offline data analysis. The Sr. Analyst analyzes data using various analytical tools to uncover trends and provide insights that will maximize HomeDepot.com online marketing efforts, as well as overall business objectives. Research and analyze business trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and new marketing initiatives. Analyzes and understands the key drivers of performance related to Homedepot.com's online objectives. Finally, you will work with other marketing analysts to provide weekly marketing analytics dashboards to Management and the supporting teams.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20% - Work with other departments providing analytical insight on marketing performance.
20% - Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for marketing enhancements.
20% - Analyze marketing analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.
10% - Work with the Marketing Analyst to provide weekly Marketing Analytic dashboards.
10% - Takes the lead on new programs and initiatives for Marketing Analytics Team.
10% - Provide marketing analytics strategy to Strategic marketing.
