The Sr Analyst, Customer Relationship (Programs) is responsible for growing customer value utilizing email, social and any other active CRM channels through existing platforms at The Company Store. This position will play a key role in developing the omnichannel CRM contact strategy for The Company Store and will work on execution of daily campaigns and plan one-to-one lifecycle programs. The Sr Analyst CRM will be responsible for managing our email channel and executing multiple marketing programs to ensure revenue and customer growth targets are achieved. This includes creation of content and copy, management of the creative process, execution, and reporting. Emails and digital channels communicate directly with the customer, driving merchandise sales/revenue growth, providing visual representation of product for low cost advertising purposes, and influencing customer user experience/satisfaction. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities 30%- Executes and optimizes all assigned CRM life cycle management programs (triggered, transactional, loyalty and promotional campaigns) to ensure clarity of messaging and brand consistency; keep track of KPIs for measuring success against previously agreed upon channel objectives. 20%- Research & monitor competitor activities to ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice and log competitive intelligence to inform planning email briefs. 15%-Leverage marketing skills and customer insight data to make recommendations across customer touch points in assigned programs, including segmentation and A/B testing to confirm hypotheses. 20%- Manage email and digital vendors to optimize campaign efficiencies (4Cite, Bronto, Extole). 10%- Presents weekly, monthly, and yearly plans and results to leadership 5%- Leads Refer-a-friend and B2B programs 5%- Drive new email acquisition through paid media (FB) and enhanced on-site email capture capabilities (4Cite). Nature and Scope Position reports to SR MGR, Category Experience. One direct reports at this time. Environmental Job Requirements Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
