Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Global Custom Commerece is searching for a Sales Manager who can be an enthusiastic inspirational leader to lead a team of Design Consultants who exceed quotas, provide customer experiences second to none, beat our competition, and dominate the market. A World Class Sales Team. To support you in this effort, you will have a management support team of performance coaches, sales assistant, and a quality assurance ambassador. Making Plan: Exceed Quota, Profitability, Reduce remakes, and provide the best customer experiences. Developing our People: In order to be World Class, we must have the best people. Development plans, learning how to be better, helping others, living our core values, and building a team that works together to win. Technology: Salesforce expertise is a must, as you need to maximize every lead. Marketing and Pipeline management is critical to our success and yours. Analyzing results and building plans to improve customer experiences and win more deals. Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Salesforce, and internal systems are the main tools we use to support our associates and customers. Associate Engagement: Building a team that celebrates, grows, develops, and learns is vital to engaged associates. High engagement is a must.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
30%- Development: Leading, Supervising, and Coaching that results in the highest associate engagement, development, and performance to meet/exceed plan. Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of associates, including termination. 1-1's, Development Plans, Performance Reviews, Transcript Review/Audit, VOC Reviews.
30%- Plan: Develop & Report on KPI's, Performance Plans to meet/exceed plan, Pipeline Reviews, Lead Management, Marketing Campaigns, Promotion and Profitability.  Staffing & Scheduling to support business needs. Make plan and meet/exceed quotas. Clear expectations for associates
20%- Experience: Our Success demands the highest Customer experience and we must improve every day to beat our competition. We measure experience through Close Rate, Remake Rate (both unit and order), VOC, QA feedback, Large Order Reviews
10%- Teamwork: Develop strong teamwork amongst all associates on your team, whole sales team, and company. Team building meeting, activities, mentorships, community, and interdepartmental efforts.
5%- Product: Associates are experts on product and provide feedback to the business based on customer/prospect interest or issues. Making Home Depot the best choice for customers to purchase products/services.
5%- Celebrate:  Celebrate our successes, reward and recognize all Associates that make/exceed or support outstanding customer experiences that meet/exceed expectations.

NATURE AND SCOPE
-The position reports to the Director of Sales. 
-This position has 40+ direct reports

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience leading and growing sales team. 
History of meeting and beating quotas and building successful sales teams. 
CRM sales pipeline management and marketing to maximize lead investment and conversion. 
Associate engagement and performance management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
Prior sales experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Exemplary organizational skills
Ability to perform with minimal supervision
CRM Sales Management, Pipeline Management, and Sales Team Management
Prior experience with Salesforce
History of meeting and beating quotas
Associate engagement and performance management
