**Facilities Sales Coordinator**

The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of the Facilities model in collaboratively assisting sales. The role is a sales resource that will support assigned Sales Consultants, Key Account Executives and Senior Account Executives with their activities to maximize performance.

**What youll be doing:**

+ Support sales and customer requests through experience and utilization of available resources. (NSP, Customer Service, Implementation, Pricing, Transportation, Resolution, Merchandising and Supply Chain)

+ In conjunction with Sales Consultants, complete key takeaways from customer meetings and planning sessions (sampling, account presentations, customer agreements and reporting requirements)

+ Participate in weekly meetings with teams to support current initiatives and provide insight

+ Complete customer dispenser, brewer, and water requests via Salesforce.com

+ Request non-stock quotes and process specials via Staples Non-Stock Procurement e-form

+ Check inventory in Sunrise, reach out to buyers on customer back orders and availability of product

+ Work with vendors to obtain special pricing, confirm availability of product and request product parts & labels

+ Create customer shopping lists on staplesadvantage.com

+ Stay current on promotions, process changes, vendor training and company initiatives

+ Create and run reporting utilizing Apollo (MicroStrategy) and Salesforce.com

+ Support 15-20 reps simultaneously

**Qualifications :**

**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**

+ Associates degree preferred or equivalent in related work experience

+ Minimum two-years customer service or sales support experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong computer skills with a strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com

+ Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, and multitasking while being committed to excellence

**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**

+ Exposure to business-to-business sales cycle preferably in Facilities Solutions

+ Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional teams
