Physical Requirements | Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and or fingers. Shift | Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional evenings and weekends. |
Job Summary | The University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research [CAER] is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for its Power Generation group. The position will be responsible for project coordination and controls through a systems engineering approach for the design, integration, and execution of projects directed to constructing/operating large research pilot plants. Among other duties, the successful applicant will be engaged in: monitoring/reporting project schedule and cost performance against plan; conducting critical path analysis to identify potential bottlenecks; developing detailed engineering schedules and cost estimates; and engaging with PowerGen’s research staff, its sponsors, utility partners, EPCs and clients. |
