Job Description

Teva is looking for a Reliability Specialist (Maintenance/Engineering) to join our team in Cincinnati!
As a Reliability Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles across the plant; develop and structure Preventive, Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance procedures to enhance equipment health and reliability and minimize production downtime

You will:
 Develop and implement the Preventive, Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance program with input from a cross-functional team.
 Perform condition based monitoring of complex equipment, interpret results and assist in the planning process for necessary equipment and machine overhauls.
 Utilize Predictive Maintenance data to set alert and alarm limits.
 Serve as subject matter expert and trainer for plant Predictive Maintenance technologies (Airborne Ultrasound, Infrared Thermography, Vibration analysis, Machine Lube Analysis).
 Develop and monitor Predictive Maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

 Undergraduate/BA/BS in science or engineering related field preferred. (Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
 4+ years of Maintenance/Engineering in a manufacturing environment required. 7+ years experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance preferred.
 Certification in IR, UA, Vibration, Oil Analysis preferred
 TPM training, RCM training, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling strongly preferred.
 OPEX / Lean implementation experience preferred.
 Pharmaceutical or other GMP manufacturing facility experience required. Solid oral dosage manufacturing equipment knowledge strongly preferred (compression, granulation, and packaging).
 Excellent communication skills required. Experience training others required.
 Ability to think analytically and apply knowledge required.
 Predictive maintenance experience preferred. Autonomous and predictive maintenance aspects.
 Technical knowledge of equipment attributes and processes and root cause problem solving.
 Ability to work with and motivate individuals to help adapt to culture change required.
 Training experience required. Experience training team members on the importance of and methods to perform data collection specifically preferred.
