Physical Requirements | Standing, Walking, Sitting, Bending, Reaching with Arms, Finder and hand Dexterity, Talking, Hearing, Seeing, Lifing carrying pushing and pulling of objects up to 50lbs. |
Shift | Monday – Saturday – 40+ hrs/wk – Some nights required to supervise night shift |
Job Summary | UK Healthcare is seeking a Registered Polysomnography Tech to work with the Clinic Manager to perform polysomnographic studies in accordance to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. This position will provide high quality technical diagnostic services as well as educate patients and their families in a manner to assure understanding. The Polysomnography Tech will also ensure the continuous delivery of high quality patient care by consistently seeking new knowledge and application of skills obtained. This position will also supervise other techs and provide expertise and operational guidance for the completion of procedures at the Sleep Disorders Center, while coordinating appointment slots and providing guidance concerning staffing allocation. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | APM, AEHR, EPIC, Phillips Alice 6 Respironics, and G3 software experience. |
