Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be responsible for supporting our clients who sell Western Union products and services. You will have the opportunity to work with large and small regional networks in addition to independent retailers that sell WU services and products. Youll help our clients maximize in store sales and increase consumer foot traffic to grow their business. Well look for you to maintain and improve relationships and work with other internal business teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to our clients. Youll have targets and goals for sales compensation. Youll pull together reports on client performance, transactions, and more. This is an ideal opportunity to expand your experience and grow within the sales organization.

You will need 2-5 years of experience in a sales support, account management or similar role. You will have a Bachelors degree in a related field. Education or equivalent experience is a must. You are disciplined, organized, and respond to customers in a friendly and timely manner. You are an above average user of Word, Excel, and outlook. Ideally, you have experience using Salesforce, or other customer management software. Preferably, you have produced and run reports and can understand and analyze data trends.

The annual gross base salary range is $49,000 80,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive commissions that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
