Additional Educational Requirements:

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations

Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Working knowledge of a variety of learning solutions/methods, including a baseline understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, measurement/learning outcomes, major educational technologies (self-study, virtual classroom, performance support) and problem-based learning approaches;
  • Understanding of instructional design and business knowledge/acumen;
  • Demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into sound and effective learning/development solutions and learning strategies;
  • Understanding of both project management and change management concepts and techniques;
  • Working knowledge of planning and delivering large scale (500-1,500 participant) conferences as well as classroom and technology-enabled learning programs;
  • Teaming across functions, markets, Lines of Service;
  • Understanding of NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements;
  • Analyzing and synthesizing significant amounts of information from multiple sources and to effectively translate this information, Line of Service (LOS) and/or business unit priorities and strategies into recommended learning solutions and a learning strategy for a business area;
  • Working knowledge of project management and guiding/overseeing many different, complex project teams, which manage complex projects;
  • Consulting with business sponsors and project teams to align learning solutions with business needs;
  • Working knowledge of budgets, resourcing, forecasts and other management reporting responsibilities;
  • Prioritizing, making decisions and driving outcomes, while considering multiple factors such as risk, cost, timing, outcome, etc.;
  • Capturing and assessing learning needs and gaps and work on the definitions of outcomes and measurement that meet the needs of the stakeholders from the business;
  • Effectively communicating and building relationships with executive stakeholders;
  • Effectively facilitating meetings;
  • Working knowledge of negotiation skills including conflict resolution; and,
  • Demonstrating attention to quality and detail while employing big-picture, high-level thinking.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:

  • Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);
  • Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools;
  • Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and,
  • Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
