The **Project Manager of Marketing Operations** is responsible for the independent executional planning, production management, coordination, and execution of all targeted marketing programs at Staples. This requires managing multiple campaigns on any given week, which is done via a suite of internal and external best in class tools helping us to strategize, plan, and execute our marketing campaigns. A successful candidate in this position will have basic HTML skills to build email campaigns, strong project management skills and a curious desire to learn. This is a collaborative position as you will work with multiple teams and resources on the development and execution of our targeted marketing programs including Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail channels.

**Key Deliverable/main area of focus:**



+ Responsible for campaign production build, including coordination, creative assembly, QA, and deployment of high quality, on-time and on-budget campaigns

+ Execute A/B tests on an ongoing basis to improve program performance

+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaign details and final creative is delivered accurately and on time

+ Execute end-to-end test and QA plans for emails, offers and landing pages and the pages they lead to with a clear objective of providing accurate and relevant information to the customers

+ Ensure all marketing programs/campaigns/offers are translated through the customer lens, promote our value prop through institutional messaging, and ensure the best possible experience with email content, offers and landing pages



+ Independently identify process steps/rules/workflow that need improvement and proactively explore solutions and implement process change

+ Continuously improve knowledge on cross channel campaign best practices (functionality, cadence, deliverability, etc.) under guidance of Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations



**Qualifications**

**Essential skills and experience:**



+ Bachelors degree

+ 1-2+ years professional marketing operations experience

+ Marketing Cloud Technoogy experience a plus

+ Basic HTML skills,

+ Results-oriented and data driven, with a passion for learning
