POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads the development of project plans and monitors work progress on a regular basis. Primary ongoing responsibility is for the management of projects. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc. May or may not have direct reports. Spends significant time on project management responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and executes non-technical project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects
- Facilitates team/client meetings and effectively communicates project information to superiors/senior leadership.
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PPT and Word)

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Project Mgmt certification preferred (PMP); broad knowledge of PM processes and project life cycle methodologies
- Process flow understanding
- Communication Skills
- Problem Solving
- Able to manage multiple and changing priorities (flexibility/adaptability)
- Partnership/collaboration
- Leadership skills a plus
- Results-Oriented
- Ability to work with vague concepts, change and sometimes unknown areas
- Healthcare Reform and/or Compliance experience a plus
