Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, youll solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project.

Provides day-to-day operational support to the IFS App Development team; preparing information for management reporting and monthly project reconciliation. Performs research and analysis in various areas including, SNow, GFS, Azure Hosting, etc. Works closely with the project teams to identify and resolution issues.

2 year(s) of progressive roles performing IT project management and strategy development.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including:

  • Working closely with various stakeholders in matters that involve project accounting;
  • Participating in Special projects;
  • Analyzing project spend vs estimate to complete to establish they are properly stated;
  • Recognizing potential issues, identifying deviations and discrepancies, making recommendations for possible resolution, and proactively working to resolve them through research, and investigation;
  • Capitalizing on past experiences/industry leading practices;
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers (i.e., USFS, IFS/LOS Finance, Global Tech, ePMO, etc);
  • Establishing an understanding of account activity;
  • Providing variance explanations and supports their conclusions with data;
  • Understanding of the Firm's SAP system and understands the relationships, links, and dependencies between SAP and SNow;
  • Working knowledge of the standard suite of work solutions (e.g., Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, G-Suite) and relevant technical tools (e.g., GFS, R/3, K-Curve, relevant databases);
  • Managing multiple complex and diverse assignments, analyzing information and conducting extensive research in the delivery of assigned tasks;
  • Having discretion in decision-making seeking guidance on highly complex issues;
  • Communicating frequently with customers, understanding their expectations, building networks, and through negotiation influencing others;
  • Understanding customer expectations and being responsive to their inquiries;
  • Facilitating financial processing, data entry, training and follow up;
  • Identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies, researching by accessing various external and internal source systems, determining resolution, and presenting findings to supervisor so that corrective action may be taken;
  • Understanding the importance of efficiency, and identifies and proactively suggests solutions and improvements to project approach;
  • Working with minimal guidance completes complex ad hoc assignments/projects as assigned by management utilizing past experience and industry leading practices to make judgment calls;
  • Working with the US Finance team and IFS delivery teams to support projects including budgeting, tracking budget to actuals, forecasting, and overall project management support; and,
  • Working with current firm financial systems.
