Job Summary | The Program Specialist will coordinate the implementation of several funded continuing education (CE) initiatives for CECentral. This position will manage the day-to-day operations with regard to data management, coordination of project team meetings, and the implementation of projects and associated budgets within accreditation guidelines. The position will work with CECentral staff, internal/external CE faculty, and implementation sites to ensure collaboration with various project teams related to each CE initiative. This role is critical in the maintenance of collaborative partnerships, as well as to the progress and success of each project. The position will work closely with their supervisor to serve as a resource and partner to each of the stakeholders involved with the implementation of each CE initiative. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Time management, communication, database management (Qualtrics/REDCap), SPSS or SAS, working with IRB. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s degree in Public Health plus two or more years related field/experience with grants/project management, health research, or healthcare preferred. |
