We help our clients design approaches to integrate new technologies, skills, and processes so they can get the most out of their technology investment and drive business results and innovation.Our team helps organisations align their business and operational requirements through the careful design of digital platforms and applications. Youll help our clients with application optimisation, strategic integration of custom packaged solutions like Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management, and roadmap development.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Leading transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing project teams;
  • Establishing project teams and developing plans;
  • Identifying and managing dependencies;
  • Assessing projects for areas of risk, identifying gaps and recommending areas for improvement;
  • Leading mid/smaller-scale PMOs;
  • Applying appropriate project management techniques to oversee and/or support a complex workstream or a number of less complex workstreams;
  • Facilitating any number and/or level of meetings and workshops with team members;
  • Understanding product lifecycle management, ideation management, product planning and requirements gathering;
  • Understanding and applying an agile project management environment;
  • Understanding code-development, quality management, test automation, integration and build automation;
  • Understanding continuous integration and deployment, issue and problem management, application and infrastructure measurement and monitoring; and,
  • Integrating within business systems, information security, and cloud orchestration.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:

  • Designing and managing enterprise wide programs;
  • Managing projects and implementation plans with varying deadlines;
  • Leveraging functional know-how and industry-standard methodologies and tools;
  • Collaborating with all levels of leadership and stakeholder groups to drive strategic direction and accountability for critical dependencies with other projects, programs, and initiatives;
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving to devise solutions to deliver successfully on the business goals, and team leadership and development;
  • Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution;
  • Building and maintaining thorough relationships at all internal and external levels while effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization;
  • Developing and implementing overall project management framework;
  • Establishing a successful collaboration model with business, IT, and leadership teams to relay key delivery milestones, risks, and issues at a program level;
  • Supporting the Products Transformation Office leader in collaborating with risk & legal teams;
  • Owning business plans, project budget, and forecasts, budget comparisons, ad hoc financial analysis for the overall project;
  • Managing a team responsible for key reporting and programs for project management activities, operational support, and analytics;
  • Applying knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications; and,
  • Leading the project change control and release processes in accordance with PMO, PwC, and department-level standards.
