As a **Program Manager Brand Activation** for Staples, you will support our key Senior Managers of Brand Activation, who are the orchestrators of how we bring new solutions to life for our target customers. You will develop deep understanding of customer needs becoming a customer advocate (through insights to moments that matter to competitive landscape).

**Key Deliverables:**



+ Partner with Senior Manager on execution and development of marketing activation plans across touchpoints (in-store, across all marketing vehicles in collaboration with channel partners, associate, and digital).

+ Support cross functional marketing projects from beginning to implementation, driving optimal customer experience.

+ Organize and manage both short-term and long-range strategies & plans in partnership with the Senior Manager with a strong ability to juggle short-term tactical execution across workstreams with longer-term planning.

+ Support the creation and execution of weekly marketing activities across email, social, etc. to support customer and program priorities.

+ Partner with the internal creative team, external agencies, and media team in order to lead the development and deployment of weekly and seasonal campaigns.

+ Collaborate with cross functional teams (merchandising, store experience, creative) to identify the most impactful customer messaging and marketing vehicles.

+ Identify obstacles, recommend solutions, & work with partners to resolve. Surface areas of collaboration and optimization & make recommendations.

+ Evaluate success and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance evaluation and insights/research.

+ Execute ad hoc campaigns as needed as part of our 52-week strategy

**Essential skills and experience:**



+ Bachelors degree required; preferably in marketing, communications or related field

+ Minimum of 5-7 years in Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, and/or Category Marketing

+ No direct report

+ Integrated project planning / PMO experience



**Preferred Skills & Experience:**



+ Strong experience working with creative and media teams

+ Highly organized, structured thinker who can manage multiple workstreams and detailed projects at once

+ A lateral thinker who can connect dots across the organization and workstreams, optimize value and effort, ensure interdependencies are noted and managed
