Job Description

 

Position Summary:  

 

Based in North America reporting to the Sr. Manager of Contracts and Client Programs, this position will be primarily responsible for setting up new accounts with the right coding incentive structures, monitoring and changing current customer setups, auditing setups on a daily basis and executing on customer specific projects on an ad-hoc basis.


Travel Requirements:  (less than 10%)


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


Contract Sales, Client Programs and Customer Operations:

 

 Assist with the coding, refinement, and implementation of standard customer Contracts and Client Programs
 Coordinate the legal review and approval, next level approvers, and monitoring of customer setups
 Administer contract signing, compliance, and ensuring appropriate stakeholders understand the outcomes and rationale of each decision.
 Ability to help Analysts with drafting contracts based on terms discussed with clients and feedback from legal team
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Finance colleagues to develop, analyze and implement strategic pricing plans that maximize account profitability by customer segment.
 Developing and maintain decision support systems that collect and synthesize sales data into knowledge that drives management decisions including: resource allocations, opportunity identification, performance against expectations, and sales incentives.
 Help prepare customer quarterly business reviews and perform analyses to understand deal / strategy effectiveness, customer profitability, price parity and ad-hoc analysis.
 Expand knowledge and experience by regular engagement with key stakeholders to understand business processes, policies, strategies and evolving business trends.
 Interact with the team, management, and across departments to communicate changes to both current and proposed pricing structures.
 Provide feedback and follow up communications across organization on any issues or market challenges.

Qualifications

Education:

 

Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

 

Experience:

 

Minimum 2 years progressive analytical experience with a minimum of 1 year Pricing and Contracts experience in generic pharmaceutical or related industry.
