Job Summary | Conduct research on topics of electric power systems including: integration of alternative and renewable energy in transmission and distribution, energy storage, smart buildings and grids, in the College of Engineering, ECE Department, SPARK Laboratory, under the direct supervision of sponsoring faculty: Dr. Dan M. Ionel, FIEEE, EE Professor and L. Stanley Pigman Chair in Power. Work on federally and industry/utility funded projects. Mentor PhD students and collaborate with faculty and with external researchers from academia and industry. Write reports, technical papers, and present at project meetings and professional conferences. Other research tasks and duties as directed by the sponsoring faculty.
