POSITION SUMMARY
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs pc computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions occasionally require independent judgment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
  - None
- Educational Requirements
  - Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience Requirements
  - 1 year of experience in the field and knowledge of PC design preferred.
- Special Skills or Training Requirements
  - Knowledge of PC design and topology installed at Trinity Health. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory helpful.
