DP is hiring a Payroll Manager.The Payroll Manager will be managing the daily activities of the Global payroll team to ensure effective delivery of optimum service to an assigned client base. Manages all human resource issues for the team. Determines training requirements. Provides global continual communication and coordination of functional activities to other departments to ensure effective client support. Ensuring assignment of work is in accordance with identified priorities. Demonstrates and coordinates training for client service associates on all product and program changes and provide technical support for resolution of issues as they arise. Manages Globally all aspects of the client service's daily operations, which include the establishment or changes to processing clients, personnel assignments, human resources issues, and report preparation and problem resolution. Pro-actively addresses client needs. Acts as liaison between Global client service and other departments.

  • Manages the daily activities of the Global Payroll department ensuring sufficiency's in staffing to satisfy the daily workload requirements with a high degree of quality and client retention
  • Collaborates globally with other functional and divisional areas to determine priorities, set schedules and provide status updates on the client base and retention.
  • Determines training for all product and program changes and provides technical support, if needed, for resolutions of issues as they arise.
  • Develops Global metrics and provides recommendations for global best practices.
  • Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicate to associates through department meetings and performance planning.
  • Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates.
  • Responsible for department hiring and terminations as required
  • Evaluates the team's client base to ensure efficient distribution of client responsibility within the team.
  • Interacts with Division support and facilitates process improvement and other division led projects related to new business.
  • Prepares department reports and submits to the Sr. Director as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Over 3 Years, Up to 5 Years of Directly Related Global Experience
  • 2 or more years experience in a Global customer service or Global implementation support organization with an in-depth working knowledge of overall department operations and proven proficiencies in prioritizing critical client issues and identifying team training needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business or accounting preferred or equivalent education and experience

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrates thorough knowledge of applicable products and services by correctly answering questions and delivering solutions to meet client and business unit's needs.(CSS HRizon, MyTotalSource, 401k Products, Health Benefit Products, Payroll Practices)Problem Analysis / Resolution/ Negotiation: Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates, identifies, eliminates and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork: Partners with fellow associates, supervisors, and departments; contributes and exchanges knowledge and skills to meet group needs and goals; participates in resolving issues.
  • Consultative: Applies consulting skills and professional delivery to correctly implement a client to achieve best practices and compliancy
