A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. Youll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.As part of our Internal Firm Services, youll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Partner Affairs team.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience:
4 year(s) 5 years of Human Resources generalist or Client Service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in policies and protocols related to Partner Performance Management including, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Working in Agile methods (Kanban, Iterative, Scrum) and Scaled Agile Methodology; and,
  • Understanding of Cloud-based implementations models and other leading Technologies.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in PeopleSoft, and/or Oracle cloud-based systems.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Identifying and resolving complex issues across a highly matrixed organization;
  • Implementing all updates, enhancements, and changes to existing systems on an ongoing basis;
  • Designing and developing scheduled and ad hoc value added data analyses and report extracts to satisfy requests from the PCAOB, Firm management, and other stakeholders;
  • Developing security protocols and granting security access to proprietary systems and databases;
  • Developing and managing the creation of procedural manuals;
  • Communicating with partners and staff at all levels and across an organization, both verbally and via written communications effectively;
  • Leveraging data manipulation & visualization technology to create/innovate efficiencies in work products with an inquisitive mindset to continuously upskill oneself and lead automation efforts within the team;
  • Applying critical thinking skills to understand career development concepts and strategies and translating to meaningful deliverables aligned with the performance management strategy; and,
  • Managing overall testing effort including project testing strategy and testing plans.
