Job Summary |
UKHC is seeking an Outpatient Coding Manager to provide day-to-day oversight of coding operations within Revenue Management – Coding & Documentation and ensure quality and productivity requirements are maintained. Primary duties will include monitoring productivity and ensure compliance with outpatient coding job competencies, supervising primarily remote staff including training, coaching, evaluating employees and time system tracking including approving schedules and vacation time. Additionally, this position will perform annual evaluations on staff under their supervision and train, orient, and in-service all new employees on departmental processes. This is a fully remote work position. The University of Kentucky considers the health, safety and well-being of our entire community to be a top priority.
