The PwC Labs Operation & Enablements Program Manager is responsible for helping drive PwC Labs strategy and communication amongst the PwC Labs Pillars & Workstreams.

Additional Educational Requirements:

In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:

  • Supporting the Operations & Enablement leadership team execute its mission goals and objectives;
  • Engaging and supporting the Pillars and Workstreams, including their respective PMs to help set direction and create the roadmap for PwC Labs;
  • Communicating closely with the Pillar Leads, their PMs, COO leadership, and CLT to manage, track and communicate status of workstream efforts, program risks/issues, and progress towards strategic goals;
  • Teaming with with Pillar and Workstream Leads to develop deliverables and determine appropriate ways to navigate issues and change management agendas;
  • Maintaining and execute against PwC Labs Roadmap, aligning the roadmap to Functional strategy and providing visibility to members colleagues outside the PwC Labs organization;
  • Organizing and leading project initiatives within the Operations & Enablement office - understand at a milestone level: Define, manage and control scope; Participate and take a leadership role in estimating activities where appropriate; Assess detailed project and resource plans, balancing dependencies, and setting predictable dates;
  • Fostering internal and external resource relationships to establish teaming, develop team skills and improve the overall success;
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across pillars; Become a trusted advisor and be able to support issues, communication and influence outcomes; and,
  • Forming working relationships with IT Business Operations Team and overall IT peers;
  • Leading transformation efforts, through directing, managing, implementing project teams;
  • Establishing project teams and developing plans;
  • Identifying and managing dependencies;
  • Assessing projects for areas of risk, identifying gaps and recommending areas for improvement;
  • Leading mid/smaller-scale PMOs;
  • Applying appropriate project management techniques to oversee and/or support a complex workstream or a number of less complex workstreams;
  • Facilitating any number and/or level of meetings and workshops with team members;
  • Understanding product lifecycle management, ideation management, product planning and requirements gathering;
  • Understanding and applying an agile project management environment;
  • Understanding code-development, quality management, test automation, integration and build automation;
  • Understanding continuous integration and deployment, issue and problem management, application and infrastructure measurement and monitoring; and,
  • Integrating within business systems, information security, and cloud orchestration.
  • Designing and managing enterprise wide programs;
  • Managing projects and implementation plans with varying deadlines;
  • Leveraging functional know-how and industry-standard methodologies and tools;
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving to devise solutions to deliver successfully on the business goals, and team leadership and development;
  • Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution;
  • Developing and implementing overall project management framework;
  • Owning business plans, project budget, and forecasts, budget comparisons, ad hoc financial analysis for the overall project;
  • Managing a team responsible for key reporting and programs for project management activities, operational support, and analytics; and,
  • Applying knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications.
