Youll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwCs regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.Our Operations team helps internal leaders validate and improve the reliability and effectiveness of business operations. Youll help the team with issues related to business continuity, environmental risk, crisis management, process systems and risks associated with operations, health and safety and technology.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in project management, delivery and continuous improvement techniques and tools preferably for a professional services firm, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Support OFRO Tech & Data leader and PMO team members in executing on the strategic priorities of the group;
  • Translate conversation into documented action plans, and drive those items to completion;
  • Understand the objectives and purpose of the group in order to determine the value and priority of competing initiatives and requests;
  • Facilitate weekly PMO meetings to establish the completion of team deliverables in a timely manner;
  • Lead the product and project portfolio tools including the development of leadership dashboards, status reporting, budget tracking and weekly oversight to establish accurate and current portfolio;
  • Coordinate with OFRO operational leadership to align on joint / shared projects, such as the strategy plan, quarterly leadership meetings, and annual conference;
  • Identify and resolve complex issues and risks while balancing conflicting leadership guidance and interests with diplomacy and recognize circumstances that require escalation;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and incorporate strategic change management into projects;
  • Utilize a big picture vision for projects and translate that vision into an action plan with definable project milestones and timelines;
  • Maintain relationships and channels of communication with business sponsors and technology leadership including collaborating with senior level staff/partners in other departments and lines of service throughout the firm;
  • Write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently across all levels of staff and leadership management;
  • Provide organization, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and research to effect process improvement opportunities; and,
  • Leverage computer abilities within the standard firm-issued Google Suite.
